หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee the costing functions
• Recording inventory documents all activities and support managing month/year end closing
• Ensure inventory QTY and value (purchase/transfer/ending)
• Monitoring and controlling cost sheet, cost analysis and comparing actual cost
• Managing the financial activities to ensure the accuracy and completeness of COGS transaction
• Handle tax invoice for sales scrap and control the inventory
• Review and checking billing with GRN/invoice and document set
• Controlling and Comparison price between PO vs invoices.
• Reconcile PO pending value (Inventory)
• Direct support AP team for document set
• Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree on Master degree in accounting
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in accounting in F&B business
• Have experience knowledge of costing and AP (Fix asset -good to have)
• Good in Excel, Formula and v-lookup and pivot table and chart
