Marketing Officer (Restaurant Business)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Digital Marketing & Social Media : * Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA, etc.). * Coordinate content creation with designers, photographers, and external agencies. * Schedule and publish content according to the marketing calendar. * Monitor social media engagement and prepare monthly performance reports. * Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new content ideas.
• Marketing Campaign Execution : * Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing activities. * Coordinate campaign materials and ensure all marketing assets are delivered on time. * Assist in monitoring campaign performance and collecting sales data for evaluation.
• Offline Marketing : * Coordinate the production and distribution of POSM, promotional materials, and in-store branding. * Support restaurant opening events, roadshows, sampling activities, and local marketing campaigns. * Ensure all marketing materials are correctly displayed and aligned with brand standards.
• Partnership & CRM Support : * Assist in coordinating with delivery platforms, loyalty programs, and marketing partners. * Support CRM activities, customer engagement campaigns, and membership promotions. * Help maintain relationships with external suppliers and business partners.
• Market Research & Reporting : * Conduct competitor research and collect market information. * Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports. * Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Administrative & Team Support : * Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors. * Prepare purchase requests, marketing documentation, and expense tracking. * Support the Marketing team in daily operations and special projects as assigned. * Ensure all marketing activities comply with company branding guidelines.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the F&B, retail, hospitality, or consumer business.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is an advantage.
• Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Good command of both Thai and English (spoken and written).
• Positive attitude, proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
