หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Primary 1. Understands the Ippudo Culture and exemplifies the Ippudo Style. 2. Abides by the house rule of the restaurant. Lead the team in basics. (Smile, greetings, response, organization, safety and communication.) 3. Understand kitchen operation, carry out every role in the kitchen. (Cold, hot or central section) 4. Remember the entire food menu. (Recipe, items & pricing). Monitor the consistency of the kitchen order. Make sure order are always meets standard of quality. 5. Understand the fundamental preparation of daily preparation for kitchen (Noodle and kitchen). Able perform and support whole kitchen position. Secondary 1. Time schedule administration. Plan staff working schedule, break time and staff off day. Conduct daily briefing (opening & closing) 2. Daily kitchen ordering. (Follow up & confirmation) 3. Assure that kitchen operates in a safe and hazard free setting. Build a comfortable and safety working place. 4. Coaching new staff and follow new staff OJT. Additional Responsibilities: Communicates, Coordinates, Leads the team with clarity, speed, and efficiency. Recognizes and identifies potential areas where current policies can be changed, or new ones can be developed for the progression of the store. Qualification Essential Job Requirements: Physical requirement in working environment The employee is expected to work in an ordinary restaurant environment, which involves sitting, standing, walking, talking, listening, phoning, carrying, etc., It is necessary to handle hot, cold, breakable and other dangerous items, using knives, fire and water, as well as dealing with the general public. Education Requirements No particular education or experience is necessary for this position but proactive learning is a must.
