หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description: • Manages project from start (final drawings interior, exterior, M&E) to finish (opening) • Participate in meetings re: information, specifications and other details relating to projects • Ensure design material package production in accordance with requirements. Provide guidance tool for relevant suppliers, where required. • Ensure timelines and timely follow up on outstanding work. • Resolves site queries relative to supplier quality control problems. • Follow up on mission and defective items • Design Store and CK based on concept assigned • Cope with landlord handbook and regulation • Site survey and site measurement • Construction site follow up • Coordinate design with M&E engineer and coordination team • Calculate BOQ for bidding tender • Other assignment by management

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Key Requirements: • Bachelor or above in Interior Design, Architectural, Engineering or related fields • Ability to work independently and managing multiple assignments at a time • Capability of planning, organizing and prioritizing workload • Can systematically manage the project from start to finish • Experience in interior design/construction • Use auto CAD program, 3D max program • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Excel
