หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
• Reconciliation general ledger and checking between Detail of financial statement COGS sheet Stock card, AP – AR aging Bank Statement
• Verified COGS sheet in depth
• Analysis COGS & Expenses
• Manage month-end and year-end closing
• Organize financial data into useable information and maintatin updated records.
• Record prepaid and accrued account.
• Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
• Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets
• Keeping and filling all GL documents and Tax report
• Keeping and filling important document of company such as PP.20,09,06 etc

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai Nationality
• Proven work experience as an accounting supervisor
• Experience in industrial of F&B restaurant , retail and service business.
• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Team management skills
• Experience with accounting software ( eg. MAC5, SAP B1, Microsoft dynamic and POS – Micros)
