หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ความรับผิดชอบ Training Implementation: - Conduct registration and orientation for training participants before starting training courses - Control 3rd parties quality e.g. coffee break, transportation, hotel, lunch smoothly and find out the way to improve satisfaction - Manage facilities and training room to implement training course - Manage participation rate of training course high and correct necessary information to take corrective action to improve participation rate - Responsible all miscellaneous jobs as an administrator of training implementation Project and Other Activities: - Support division project such as develop training managements - Handle special project and activities to support training course - Create SOP and operation flow to improve current operations - Conduct team building activities to improve a routine job - Making reports or manuals as per assigned from the training team - Performs other duties as per assigned from the training team

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Key Requirements: • Male/Female, Age between 21 -26 years • Bachelor degree in related field. • Training Coordinator Experience is preferable (1-2 years of experience) • Good Command at English (reading, speaking, listening, and writing) with TOEIC 550 up, if possible • Excellent in MS Office skills (word, excel, powerpoint and computer literacy) • Able to travel to stores for training purposes occasionally.
