หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities 1.Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. 2.Monitoring and maintaining solving hardware or software of POS system. 3.Create user and control user with policies company (Windows, MS Exchange Mail Server) 4.Responsible for test new technologies in the organization, consults with sever on appropriate of new technologies and finding the new software of ERP system by phase(ACC/FIN, Inventory, CRM…etc) 5.Fix and setup computer software and hardware. 6.Monitoring and remote to check financial application MAC5, EMC Micros System, CCTV to stable every day (HQ and Branch). 7.Support and follows a work problem issue of EMC with Oracle support team. 8.Prepare and checking IT equipment on server room (Server, AirCon, UPS, Telephone, Print Sever and Access Point) for ready to use. 9.Introduction and supply of computers and equipment. To suitable the users in the organization. 10.Responsible to the role of take care the services to any IT issue with HQ and Branch.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications 1.Male or Female, Thai Nationality, Age 35+ years old 2.Bachelor Degree or Master degree in computer engineering or science computer 3.Proven work experience as IT assistant or middle management at least 3 years 4.Design & Structure of Networking and System 5.Implementation & go live application : POS – Oracle micros , ERP – SAP B1 6.Implementation and servicing the system such as Windows 2008 SP2 & 2012 Server,IP Telephone System Networking Solution LAN WAN, MPLS Internet, Remote Access, Cabling, VM Ware ESXI Server, Exchange Mail Server, Access Point, Time Attendance, Mobility Devices Support, with complicated configuration. 7.Take care the services of all product and to assist any issue in IT department 8.Windows Server family, MS Office Family
