• Monitor service delivery and implement quality control measures
• Regularly review and improve service standards.
• Maintain consistently high levels of service quality.
• Enhance operational efficiency and reduce resolution times.
• Leverage deep knowledge of e-commerce operations to resolve inquiries.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum of 5+ years in a customer service leadership role with a proven track record of success in an e-commerce setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce operations and common customer challenges.
• Proficiency in both Thai (TH) and English (EN) is essential.
