Event Production

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan and control production budgets to stay within limits
• Work with 3D designers to choose the best materials and design structures
• Work with suppliers to get everything we need - stages, lighting, sound, LED screens - and handle all the paperwork
• Visit event locations to check the space and plan where everything goes
• Create detailed floor plans so suppliers know exactly where to set up each item
• Manage the setup process to ensure everything is perfect before clients see it and events begin

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in an Event Organizer or event production
• Good understanding of event structures, materials, setup processes, timelines, and cost control
• Clear communication with internal teams and external suppliers (structure, lighting & sound, LED)
