Infrastructure & Automation Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Operate and maintain Linux servers to ensure availability, performance, and security
• Monitor system health, logs, and alerts
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Execute routine operational tasks including patching, backup, and system maintenance
• Support AWS cloud services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3)
• Monitor cloud resource utilization and performance
• Support security and compliance controls
• Coordinate with cloud service providers or managed service partners
• Identify repetitive or manual operational tasks suitable for automation
• Participate in automation initiatives using scripts and automation tools (e.g. Ansible)
• Support execution and validation of automated workflows
• Work with team members to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Support IT services defined in the Service Catalog
• Ensure service outputs are consistent, traceable, and audit-ready
• Contribute ideas to improve service quality and reliability
• Continuously learn infrastructure automation, cloud best practices, and AI-assisted operations
• Align skill development with the Cloud and Automation team roadmap

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Linux system administration experience (RHEL / Ubuntu)
• Basic AWS cloud knowledge
• Scripting or automation mindset (Bash, Python)
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Willingness to learn automation tools and new technologies
• Exposure to Ansible, Terraform, or automation tools
• Familiarity with GitLab or Git-based platforms
• Basic CI/CD understanding
• Understanding of IT service management concepts
• Interest in automation, process improvement, or AI technologies
