หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and monitor collection operations to achieve the target at cost optimization.
• Develop and implement comprehensive collection strategies to achieve recovery target and minimize delinquencies.
• Establish and regularly monitor the effectiveness of collection strategies through KPI.
• Lead initiative to automate and streamline collection workflow by tool/technology.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on collection performance and all related matters
• Ensure collection activities comply with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies
• Collaborate closely with relevant departments and outside agencies on collection-related matters.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience over 3 years in collection management level.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in collections.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power point).
• Good analytical, writing and presentation skills in English.
