E-commerce Operations Support

• Responsibilities: - Monitor webpage and operate weekly and monthly reporting as well as creation of standard and ad hoc reports to support the growing needs of eCommerce operations - Help develop and regularly update operational metrics to monitor the success of eCommerce operation and new functionalities - Able to analyze techical problems and operational setting, determine root cause, develop solutions, and implement fixes to the problem in a rapid-race environment - Conduct pre-deployments walk-throughs with business development team and coordunate deployment activities with business partners - Must work with manager and business partners to improve eCommerce deployment processes
