หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description Screening enquiries, request, and documentation Organizing and maintaining diaries and meetings both internal and external attending meetings, ensuring the executive is well-prepared for meetings Dealing with incoming emails, correspondents, and other social communications Arranging travel, visas and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensuring arrangements in place for the requirements Preparing correspondence, including the drafting of general replies Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations Networking with other executives and managers both internal and external Dealing with budget, project work, research, and writing reports

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirement Male/Female aged between 28-40 years old Bachelor's Degree in any related field Having 3 years experience in secretary, personal assistant or administration is required Good at English (Communication) MS Office and Documentations
