หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Car for Cash Manager *Response on sales volumes of Car for Cash Product as company target. Reason to be this position is jobs controlling as company target & policy. -Launch promotion to stimulate sales of Car for Cash product -Realize market and propose to adjust any internal operation flow, criteria, basic condition in order to improve internal operation to match with Market -Set annual promotion plan of Car for Cash businesses -Manage team to perform on promotion operation as following the plan -Check sale result which related from promotion and solve any problem during Marketing (Motorcycle loan Marketing / Auto loan) (Head Office) Job Description: - In charge of Motorcycle loan Marketing / Auto loan Hire Purchase sales performance. - KPI, be measured by Sales performance of Motorcycle / Auto loan Hire Purchase that improved from last month and last year. - Be able to lead other department to adjust Motorcycle / Auto loan operation base on finance practice in the market. - Creativity on motorcycle / Auto loan promotion campaign for customers (end user) dealers. Qualifications: - Have working experience on motorcycle business or / Auto loan finance business. - Good Analysis skill for analyzing our sales performance in order to find and create the creative promotion. - Statistic & logical thinking for calculating Profit & Loss statement of each promotion before launching. - Have marketing/sale characteristic and strong negotiation skills.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Have working experience on motorcycle business or / Auto loan finance business. - Good Analysis skill for analyzing our sales performance in order to find and create the creative promotion. - Statistic & logical thinking for calculating Profit & Loss statement of each promotion before launching. - Have marketing/sale characteristic and strong negotiation skills. - 5 years experience in Marketing and promotion Car for Cash , Product Manager ,Communication or Bank . - Experience in Hire Purchase and Leasing , Auto loan will be a strong plus. - Having car and driving license - Good command of both spoken and written English - Good presentations skills and PowerPoint preparation
