Dispatcher and licensed dispatcher shall demonstrate proficient skill in: • With a respect to company aircraft. - Weight and balance limitation; - Performance operating limitation; - Using of cruise control chart; - Fuel and oil capacities and rate of consumption; - Using the operation manual; • On the characteristic of air route and airports with particular reference to: - Landing area; - Lighting Facilities; - Approach and Landing Facility and procedure; • On apply available a weather forecast and report to determine whether a flight can be made safety; • On using the Jeppesen Manual and NavTech Flight Planning Program; • On dispatching and assisting a flight under adverse weather condition; • On emergency procedure.
