Senior Cloud Operation Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Cloud Infrastructure Support:Assist in the day-to-day management of cloud services on Azure, AWS, and localcloud.
• Proactive Monitoring: Monitor cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Deployment & Implementation: Assist in the implementation and deployment of cloud-based resources and services.
• Incident Management: Respond to alerts and incidents related to cloud services and collaborate with team to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently.
• Maintenance and Upgrades: Apply patches and updates to cloud services and tools as directed.
• Disaster Recovery: Perform routine backups and assist in disaster recovery procedures.
• Documentation:Maintain documentation for operational procedures, system configurations, and incident resolution reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuous Learning:Stay updated with the latest developments in supported cloud platforms.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• • Experience: 3-5 years of solid experience in IT infrastructure and operations. • Technical Proficiency:
• • Technical Proficiency:
• ▪ Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Hypervisors (Hyper-V preferred).
• ▪ Hands-on experience with Automation Accounts and LogicApp
• ▪ Deep understanding of Azure and AWS architecture, including VMs, SQL PaaS, RDS, and Web Applications.
• ▪ Experience with IIS, SFTP, and SMTP services.
• • Network & Security: Knowledge of cloud security and networking, including SSL Certificates, Routing, Load Balancing, and Traffic Manager.
• • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
