Application Support (Minor LifeStyle) - สัญญาจ้าง 12เดือน

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor and maintain daily application jobs, interfaces, and scheduled processes to ensure smooth business operations.
• Investigate and resolve application issues reported by users, and coordinate with the Development team for root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
• Communicate and coordinate with end users regarding incident status, issue resolution, and system-related inquiries.
• Execute data validation, data correction, and support activities according to operational procedures.
• Possess basic knowledge of SQL commands for data inquiry.
• Possess basic knowledge of SQL Server objects, including Stored Procedures, Views, and database structures.
• Monitor system performance, application logs, and error notifications, and proactively identify potential issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams and follow up until closure.
• Participate in incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis activities.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male or Female, 25-30 years of age
• Bachelor’s degree in computer Engineer, Computer Science or any related fields
• Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in POS Support, Windows platforms configuration and SQL Server.
• Basic knowledge stack developer Phyton, C#
• Basic SQL skills and ability to read logs (API logs, transaction logs).
• Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Stored Procedures, Views, and database troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
• Onsite working at customer sites as required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive retail environment.
• Ability to perform job under time constraint/pressure
• Having knowledge in Software development and Software Testing would be advantaged
• Willingness to provide after-hours or weekend support when required.
• Good command of English
