Production Manager (Sewing)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage the Safe Keeping of all company assets and resources including; employees, finished goods, WIP, raw materials, technologies, equipment and facilities. -Manage safety programs and correction of any unsafe condition in each section of the Production Department. - Produce quality finished goods meeting or exceeding standards set by the company Quality department and manage the required records and procedures - Schedule materials, manning and equipment in the Production Department to meet production and shipping cut off dates set by the MOP. - Manage company assets and resources to meet or improve the standard costs for all products. - To implement a Housekeeping program for the cutting and sewing sections of the Production Department. - Manage employee relations in line with company's published " Work Rules and Regulations " manual. - Maintain appropriate communication with all managers in Bangkok and Korat.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Communications skill; Fluent in English (spoken and written) - Demonstrated Leadership skill - Experienced in garment industry (preferable) - Computer Literate, Microsoft office
