Control & Instrument Engineer (ประจำโรงไฟฟ้าลาดกระบัง,บางปู)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - follow up contractor's work and update work status to leader. - Lead working parties including assist the supervisor to control the contractor as required. - prepare documents (work permit form, JSA form, onsite JSA, P&ID and work related doc.) and review for permission to work activity. - ensure that job plans and correct procedures are followed by subordinates, including the attainment of high standards of quality. follow up and complete preventive maintenance work and corrective maintenance work in maximo system. And make report to leader. - monitor equipment parameters in routine checking and record data to check sheet. - analyze and find root cause of equipment failure. - provide and follow up spare part quotation and service activity from vender to make PR form in purchasing step. - Assist Leader engineer to review and identify the spare, tools and parts requirement to support the plant operation and outage including maintenance planning. - standby 24hrs. in case emergency work. - follow up work and complete work according work schedule. - evaluate safety condition and risk of work activity to zero accident. - provide technical guidance, leadership and control the subordinates and or contractors including the resources management (material, manpower, all spending). - provide and follow up work in improvement project. - support Leader Engineer to initiate and undertake plant review and propose modifications to improve plant performance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Control & Instrument - Engineering or related fields. - Minimum 3 years’ experience inside the leading engineering consulting company or large engineering department and/or large maintenance department in power plant, petroleum or petrochemical field. -Ability to review instrumentation and control system design, evaluate and select instrumentation, control system and equipment in power plant, support project development and execution. - Strong leadership and excellent communication skill. - Good command in English (Minimum 500 TOEIC score). - Workplace is in SSUT Power Plant,Bang Poo,Samut Prakan. - Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
