• Review potential new investments including due diligence process and financial modelling • Work with financial advisors and underwriters on future capital increases and SEC filings • Work with Finance team to review REIT capital structure and funding cost and restructure as necessary • Provide competitor and industry research and REIT regulatory updates • Collaborate with Investor Relations team as necessary • Collaborate with Asset Management team as necessary

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field • At least 3-5 years working experience in real estate investment, property funds, REITs, or related fields. Some exposure to investments in Commercial Office a plus. • Proficient in financial modelling, presentations, with good understanding of real estate industry • Enthusiastic, energetic, with strong analytical and communication skills • Good command of written and spoken English
