Vice President – Asset Development (Office)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for overall product marketing strategy for development of Grade A office buildings in CBD including: o Developing product marketing strategy taking into account marketability, competitors, demand drivers, and cost factors o Developing pricing and leasing strategies o Liaising with project design team to provide inputs on design and product marketability o Liaising with marketing & communications team to create branding, ongoing project awareness, events, and various marketing collaterals o Conducting market surveys • Responsible for leasing of new Grade A office buildings in CBD including: o Pre-leasing during construction period o Managing external agents o Managing in-house leasing team (if required) o Identifying and approaching anchor tenants including local and international companies

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field • At least 8-10 years working experience in development or leasing of Grade A office buildings • Enthusiastic with strong communication skills • Good command of written and spoken English
