หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Roles and Responsibilities: • Maintain executive’s schedule and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc. • Coordinate with other departments and external parties to achieve work assignment • Verify documents are true and correct before presenting to executive for approval • Prepare and summarize information as assignment to support executive’s planning for the future • Monitor and follow up progress of work to meet deadline • Handle executive’s expense reimbursement for work related to ensure smooth management and operation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualitfications: • Female, age between 23 - 33 years old • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Arts, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Social Science or other related field • At least 3-5 years experience as a secretary or similar administrative role • Good command of both spoken and written English • Good organizational, prioritization, planning and time management skills • Proactive with good personality and able to work under pressure plus good communication skill • Goal achievement, responsibility, adaptability to change and teamwork • Computer literacy
