หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Develop and implement business development strategies in alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
• 2.Analyze and explore market opportunities and trends for business development.
• 3.Engage and negotiate with new and existing clients, building and maintaining strong business relationships.
• 4.Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products and services that meet market demands.
• 5.Oversee and manage business development projects to ensure they are executed as planned.
• 6.Evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and plans, making adjustments to enhance performance.
• 7.Utilize data analysis skills to identify market trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
• 8.Develop and implement business models and plans to support strategic initiatives.
• 9.Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of new business opportunities and projects.
• 10.Proactively search for and evaluate new business opportunities and ventures.
• 11.Present compelling and well-structured business proposals for new opportunities.
• 12.Analyze investment opportunities, including cost-benefit analysis, return on investment (ROI), profitability, and break-even analysis.
• 13.Prepare and present business reports and investment analyses to senior management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction, or related field. An MBA is preferred.
• 2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• 3.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• 4.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• 5.Ability to work under pressure and manage projects effectively.
• 6.Knowledge of the construction industry and high-rise building market trends is highly desirable.
• 7.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• 8.Experience in data analysis, business modeling, and conducting feasibility studies.
• 9.Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• 10.Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate business proposals effectively.
• 11.Proficiency in investment analysis, including ROI, profitability, and break-even analysis.
• 12.Experience in preparing and presenting detailed business reports to senior management.
