ผู้จัดการระบบบัญชี ( Account System Manager )

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - establish, implement and monitor accounting principles and internal controls -manage and oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, tax payments, credit and collections - manage budgets and expenses -prepare financial statements -review and handle General Ledger maintenance, account analysis, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations - Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closing financial statement processes as well as preparation for annual audits. - collect, interpret and report key financial information, provide financial status/condition to CEO and make appropriate recommendations - Will perform significant role in any account information system (ERP) implementation. - Works closely in conjunction with Department of Information Technology to test, schedule data conversion, implement new financial modules and/or coordinate timely implementation of annual upgrades affecting the City\'s accounting systems. Such work includes planning, installing, revising, and maintaining accounting systems and procedures. - Provides significant assistance in the coordination of the annual audit; assisting external auditors conducting the year-end audits. Assists internal auditors in accessing records and staff. - Assist to advise all staff on finance, project financial and accounting issues. - Performs other job duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai Nationality. - Male or Female, age between 30 up years old. - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting related fields. - At least 5 - 10 year of relevant accounting all process work experience ( CPD/CPA would be advantage ) - Experience in ERP implementation especially for \" Navision Software \" would be advantage - Good HV accounting and account system implement for training ( would be advantage ) - Highly knowledgeable/experienced in Account all process, system implementation - Strong leadership and creativity skills, Able to prioritize work, handle pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines - Good command of spoken and written English Storng MS Office skills (Word, \" Advanced Excel \" & PowerPoint).. - Demonstrated ability to gather and communication data logically, accurately, and concisely - Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with ease and take ownership of assigned tasks or projects. - Attention to detail and able work well under pressure to required deadlinesmStrong leadership and creativity skills
