Developer : Automation Team

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• RCC Automation is the innovative developer team of Retail Credit and Collection Group where aims to build digitized tools to up-lift both performance and productivity of credit authorization and collection ecosystem that includes design UX/UI, select core platform, develop, testing, deploy and after care. Your role as RCC Automation is to develop platforms to support business needed. Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: • Develop internal-used platforms (or tools) from design to after care phase including troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving platform. • Working closely with Business Transformation Team who initiate business requirement. • Consulting for feasible and optimize technology based on impact and effort metric. • Provide support as needed; make recommendation for changes as necessary and identify areas for improve with digitization to meet business goals. • Observing user feedback to recommend improvement. • Explore new tools and technology to be alternate solutions for business. Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. • 1+ years if experience in retail banking, operational process, or platform developer. • Strong problem-solving and lean framework. Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง: • Proficiency in well-known platform builder e.g. Power App, Power Automated, Access • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies. • Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team. • Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
