QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Summary of Key Responsibilities:- • Achieve the key performance indicators writ quality and to guarantee defect product being dispatched to the customer. • Develop and implement the organization’s quality strategy and manage a staff of quality control and quality assurance professionals. • Provide leadership in Quality Assurance department to plan, manage and control quality to meet product delivery, quality management and inventory control. • Strong management skills in quality reliability and ensure that the customers’ expectations in terms of quality. • Visit customer to create a better perception and more confidence

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications, Skills and Experience required: • Thai Nationality and age 40-48 years old. • Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering or other related fields • At least 10 years experiences in quality assurance system, planning in multinational companies with at least 5 years in the managerial position • Strong leader with sound management skills • Must be fluent in English (speaking, listening and writing) • Knowledge of Six Sigma & ISO 9001 is preference • Green Belt and Black Belt qualified will be advantage. • Able to work immediately will be advantaged • Able to relocate to Rama II Road (new office) Personal Attributes: • Leadership & Managerial Skills • Results Orientation, Hard Working & Hands on • Analytical & Problem Solving Skills • Team building & development skills • Mature & Good Interpersonal Skills
