As a Key Account Manager, the incumbent will be charged with the responsibility of driving sales for Essentra Components in Thailand, through a mix of commercial activities. Proactively call and develop business within, and outside, our existing customer base Identifying new sales opportunities Meet and exceed established sales and revenue quota Develop and manage customer relationships Seek and capitalise on cross/up-selling opportunities to increase customer spending Provide comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and/or existing accounts Drive new business through visits to prospects and call calling

Minimum education: At least Bachelors degree (or extensive experience to compensate) Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales with an industry with high volume of SKUs (Stock Keeping Unit) and low value transactions Experience in a b2b catalogue business is an advantage. Experience in automotive industry is an advantage. Strong English communication, presentation, planning and organization skills Good interpersonal skill and team work support Pro-active and results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction Full driving licence Highly ambitious and driven Good with systems and MS office Strong commercial awareness
