หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive Housekeeper contributes to guest comport and ensures the daily cleaning and tidying of all the hotel bedrooms and any public areas. To monitors the financial performance of the Housekeeping department operation and the efficiency of the linen service. To act as the General Manager/ Front Office Manager as required, ensuring a professional and friendly service throughout the hotel.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• ● Male/Female (Thai Nationality) ● Diploma / University graduate preferable in Hotel Management or related field. ● Good experience as an Executive Housekeeper 4 -5 Star Hotel ● Good knowledge of the operations various Room Division sections, hotel Standard of Procedures (SOP) ● Service oriented attitude, Positive attitude, Good leader and Team spirit. ● Strong focus on customer service standards, Should have strong sense of the details and customer care. ● Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. ● Ability to train and develop subordinates.
