Products Development Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Bench marking / pilot plant development / Formulation of food products. - Product Testing - Physical, Productivity improvment, chemical analytical & shelf life testing of foods. - Strong fucus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels, Team palyer with good inter personal skill, highly motivated, Commercial & Profit ability thinking, Initative thinking, Service mind. - Issues specification for raw meat, ingredients, process and product standards that ensure productivity and cost - saving benefits. - Ingredient sourcing & specification development of the new products development. - To coordinate with any related department to develop working system in order to increase efficiency. - To in spect and maintain the production development system. - To support any related system and to provide information and coaching for the staff. - Present development plan and new product to customer or other department. - Be able to support and participate in the company quality and social and activity implementation such as ISO, HACCP, GMP, and related standard quality system.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <p>- Male / Female, age 35 - 45 year old.</p> <p>- Bachelor&#39;s degree in Food science, Product development or related field.</p> <p>- At least 7 year experience in food industry / related in R&amp;D functions, coordinating concerning product. Production development using quality management tools.</p> <p>- Having knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP and related standard quality system.</p> <p>- Having knowledge of Recipe management, Commercial thinking, Profit ability thinking, People thinking, Productivity improvement thinking, EU &amp; Asia market.</p>
