หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Generate invoices, debit notes, and credit note for Domestic Sales. - Prepare weekly report such as Invoicing KPI, Temporary Invoice, and Invoice Form Usage. - Assist Invoicing supervisor in maintaining price and promotion in Movex. - Assist Invoicing supervisor in checking and approving the sales invoices. - Prepare the weekly abnomal invoicing process for related department to support the problem solutions. - Support the information to improve the invoicing process, price and promotion maintaining process, and other daily operation. - Assist in check credit for Customer Order in Front Office Area.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <p>- เพศหญิง อายุ 23 - 25 ปี</p> <p>- จบปริญญาตรีสาขาการเงิน, บัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง</p> <p>- มีประสบการณ์ 1 - 2 ปี ในการออกใบแจ้งหนี้, ใบลดหนี้, ใบเพิ่มหนี้</p> <p>- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐานทางคอมพิวเตอร์ได้</p>
