Accounting Officer/ Senior Accounting Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Scope of Work : Account Closing including all area concern eg. General Ledger, Stock, Fixed Asset, AP-AR, and Taxation Job Responsibilities: (AP) 1. Prepare and record monthly expense closing company 2. Record local account payable transaction 3. Prepare and record monthly expense closing company 4. Prepare with holding TAX monthly report and input VAT report Job Responsibilities: (GL & Consolidation) 1. Validate all interfaces into G/L. 2. Prepare and post accruals and all journal entries into G/L. 3. Reconcile sub-ledgers with general ledger. 4. Prepare analysis of account, monthly and yearly balance justifications and documentation and balance sheet file.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor Degree's in Accounting. - Have experience 1-3 years up in Accountant. - Good knowledge of GL & accounting principles, activities and processes. - Excellent command in Microsoft Office such as Excel (Vlookup, Privot, If, SumIF, etc.), Word and Power point - Strong analytical and communication skills, including problem solving skills
