Sales Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Managing the day-to-day sales administrative activities to support sales team e.g. Issue CO, Stock checking,follow up order from each customer by area, and other assign by superior - Provide good services to customers such as order taking, quick respond to customer feedback /complain - Support sales team in ensuring customer data and maintaining always up to date - Arrange orders to match stock on hand - Co-ornidate wtih production department to manage extra orders - Arrange orders to match stock on hand - Providing accurate and on time quotation / invoice / and other related documents - Follow up and prepare report of customer aging, credit terms and report - Maintain good relationship with both of existing & potential customers. - Arrange orders to match stock on hand

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male, 25 - 35 years old - Bachelors degree in any field - At least 2 years’ experience of sales support - Willing to work hard and work under pressure with Sales target, - Good team player, excellent problem solving, Negotiation, Selling, Presentation skills and fast learner - Customer focused and result oriented with good interpersonal and analytical skill - Have own car driving license
