หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for Achievement of key product responsible selling in the market by • Leading product supervisor team to achieve the key product target. • Leading product supervisor team in new product launching plan including development of strategy together to maximize new product sales • Management of new product pre-launch and launch activities for new indications and formulations • Working together with sales team in visit Key account of key product in the important meeting, developed the product success in the market with customer team. • Monitors the effectiveness and efficiency by which plans are implemented by utilizing a host of internal and external data, including sales performance • Collection of market and competitor information, keeping informed of all major market dynamics, issues and communication of such information to team • Identifies new product opportunities to grow the business • Directs the activities of the advertising/media/design agencies to ensure that their efforts support the business’ strategies, especially in the areas of creative development, media and strategic planning • Working together with International supplier team, Regulatory Affairs , QMR team • Close working relationship with external agencies (Example: market research, advertising, medical education, medical communication)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor in nutraceutical/ pharmaceutical/ nutrition/ food supplement or relevant field • Master degree in MBA / Marketing or relevant field • At least 5 years experience in product manager / product specialist • Passion in Health&beauty; products • Good command in English and computer literacy • Good interpersonal skill / communication skill and Presentation skill
