International Purchasing Supervisor / หัวหน้าแผนกจัดซื้อต่างประเทศ

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Giving consultants and lead team to achieve the best outcome (Buy the right product at the right time & right price)in every transactions • Initiate and maintain good relationship with all company's overseas suppliers in order to help the team to solve problems whenever need • Responsible for some key suppliers of the firm both food supplement ingredients procurement & co develop food supplement finished product with overseas ODM manufacturer • Analyzing and help team to plan stock accurately to prevent overstock & shortage as well as participate in ON TIME project with head of other departments to ensure ON TIME delivery of every shipments • Negotiate to get the best deal from the suppliers until succesfully placing orders through emails and telephone to make sure that the shipments are made on time • Monitor & evaluate team according to KPIs • co-Host and attend important meeting with team whenever oversea suppliers visit

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Work Experience at least 2 yr (most preferable from nutraceutical business/ overseas purchasing background or supervising skills) • TOEIC > 800, IELTS > 6 (if have) • Have experience in leading team • Excellent English writing, reading, listening and speaking skills • Proactive and High responsibility • Team work mind set, Honest, loving and loyal heart
