หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• PC and Devices maintenance - Provide repairing service of PC damaged. - Provide repairing procedure of tool for improving product quality - Provide driver and setup installation of user’s PC Device - Provide re-installation and pre-loaded operating system - Report to complete/incomplete - Provide the troubleshooting for OS and Application Software - PCLM base on best effort Peripheral maintenance - Provide repairing service of Peripheral damaged. - Report to complete/incomplete - Provide the troubleshooting Other - Verify and solving customer’s problem at basic level and communicate to customer with service mind - Part claiming, repair or replace part for customer - IT services for first level support of PC, Laptop, Printer and Troubleshooting for LAN Cable between outlet to PC or Laptop, - Network switch connectivity troubleshoot but will not perform switch configuration - Escalate the incident which beyond onsite - Coordinate with relate IT supplier to support BorgWarner business.
