IT Support Supervisor (BTS Ha Yaek Lat Phrao)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Service support and resolve problem to the end user of PC, Laptop, Basic IT operational troubleshooting support
• Oversee daily operations of the IT support team
• Ensures timely resolution or escalation of incidents, and promptly communicates on progress to end-users
• Oversee daily operations of the IT support team and manage and resolve escalated support issues
• Develop and implement IT support policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and feedback
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics.
• Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed.
• Train and mentor IT support staff
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT systems and technologies
• Manage 3rd party escalation issues and follow up backlog tickets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Analyst incident data and prepare incident weekly report and monthly report
• Others as assigned by Project Manager/Team lead
• Workdays: Ability to work flexible, 5x8, rotating shifts

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or IT related fields
• 5-6 years’ experience in IT environment or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management position
• Strong technical background with knowledge of IT systems and technologies.
• Good English communication
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Able to work under pressure and time constraint.
• Able to work in shift and overtime.
