Oversee and participate in incident resolution, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. Implement effective root cause analysis and long-term fix for problems.

Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required.

Work with security teams to ensure network environments comply with internal policies and external regulations.

Regularly review and audit infrastructure to identify potential security vulnerabilities.

Maintain thorough documentation for all operational procedures and network infrastructure configurations.

Provide regular reports on infrastructure health, performance, and costs

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in Network Engineer role

Deep expertise in Layer 3 of the OSI model. If have a certificate CCNA is a plus.

Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and local cloud infrastructure

Strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices.

Knowledge of WAF and CDN infrastructure.

Knowledge of Windows / Linux-based systems

Knowledge of LAN/WAN solutions, including experience with Cisco routers and switches, WLC, Internet firewalls, and VPN

Familiarity with monitoring and ITSM tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Zabbix, Site 24x7

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
