Handle and resolve escalated issues related to Microsoft 365 services from Tier 1 support

Troubleshoot and manage services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.

Configure and maintain security and compliance policies such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Retention Policies

Monitor, manage, and support Windows 10/11 and mobile device endpoints across the organization

Monitor and secure corporate endpoints using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or CrowdStrike, including incident detection, response, and threat investigation

Analyze security alerts and take corrective action to mitigate threats across devices and user accounts

Collaborate with Microsoft Support to resolve complex incidents and service disruptions

Develop and maintain internal Knowledge Base articles and user documentation

Provide training and technical guidance to Tier 1 support teams and end users

Coordinate with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure system stability, endpoint security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

4–5 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Microsoft 365-focused roles

Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory

Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or CrowdStrike: threat protection, attack surface reduction, and security baselines

Ability to work flexible

Can communicate in English
