Prepare financial statements and related financial reports.

Prepare LC, D/P, Forward Contracts.

Prepare Tax Payments, E-System submissions.

Prepare details for financial closing.

Prepare Financial Statements for submission to the Department of Business Development (DBD) and the Revenue Department (RD).

Verify account coding in documents, review completeness of receipt and payment documents, and reconcile bank deposits.

Ensure accurate accounting entries.

Manage company finances to ensure accurate and economical receipts and payments.

Manage foreign currency transactions and ensure the most cost-effective exchange rates.

Liaise with government agencies/banks on related matters.

Able to communicate in English and respond to emails.

Experience in Sales Export / LC Letter / DP Sight

Have CPD License and the ability to close financial statements will be given special consideration.
