Lead and implement continuous improvement and optimization initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.

Ensure all manufacturing operations and processes strictly comply with international standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001.

Conduct detailed root cause analysis (RCA) using analytical and logical thinking to resolve technical problems and prepare comprehensive technical reports.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Male only, 28-35 years old

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related Industrial Engineering fields.

Minimum of 5 years of practical engineering experience within the manufacturing sector.

Possess strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Quality and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001). ⎼ Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills are essential. ⎼ Age range of 28 to 35 years old. ⎼ Proficient in using PC applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.

Moderate English communication ability; Japanese language proficiency is a significant advantage.
