Control the quality of the raw material receiving process.

Prepare Inspection Check Sheets and Inspection Standards for raw materials and products

Analyze quality problems and identify root causes in collaboration with relevant departments, using relevant analytical tools to collaboratively resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

Prepare an 8D Report summarizing the problem analysis results for delivery to the client.

Analyze statistical data to support quality and production efforts, and prepare summary reports for relevant departments, as well as monitor improvements to those processes.

Prepare quality documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Establish product packaging standards.

Develop an annual calibration plan for measuring instruments and ensure that measuring instruments are maintained in a ready-to-use condition

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Male, Age 22-35 , Thai nationality

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Materials Engineering or related field.

New graduates with basic knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing processes are welcome.

Proficient in using analytical tools and various Excel formulas.

Have a basic understanding of Control Plan/SPC/Control Chart/Cp/Cpk.

Able to read basic drawings.

Possesses skills in data analysis and summarization.

Willing to learn new processes and work well with others.

Prior experience in QA/QC is required.

Able to communicate, write, and read in English well.

Ability to communicate, write, and read in Chinese/Japanese will be given special consideration.
