Responsible for project management and client coordination after initial order receipt

Sell solutions for the company's HR system

Explain and propose solutions to various issues related to the organization and personnel for sustainable development

Main customers are Japanese companies (mostly senior executives), and this position will be in charge of Thai Excective of the clients

Collaborate with the Field Sales team to translate and present project proposals to Thai General Managers

Lead and manage project execution as the primary point of contact once the project commences

Develop logical project plans and maintain high-quality communication between stakeholders

Support the transition of the Thailand office toward localized operations under the regional expansion strategy

Other related tasks as assigned

Japanese & English : Intermediate - Business (JLPT N2 or above)

Sales experience of intangible products at a Japanese company

Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills

Service-minded with a positive and professional attitude
