• - Manage and facilitate the overall company's environment (ex. be an activity organizer, outing organizer) - Initiated and wrote content on social media (Linkedin, Facebook, Medium) to represent the unique mood and tone of the firm. - Collaborate with the related external departments to fulfill employees' needs. - Work closely with the management team to decide on the program or activity boosting a positive environment for employees. - Created the artwork strictly following the CI colors and fonts. - Able to do employee orientation and exit interviews to collect information and improved the environment with the management team.

• - Experience in the IT feld. - Skilled at editing videos (basic). - Active learning and friendly communicate with others.
