หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Extract, examine and analyze information about the shrinkage and present the problem to the management. - Provide economic analysis to evaluate shrinkage of each place. - Detect vulnerabilities of process and implement corrective action plan. - Participate to the promotion of Anti Shrinkage culture - Planning of Stores and the Distribution Center Checking all risk of shrinkage. - Assure adequate training (internal and external) for the anti-shrinkage unit, aggregating knowledge and up-to-date techniques - Maintain relationship to facilitate interface’s creation with key people, inside and outside the company - Present the critical cases to company management - Assist Shrinkage Committee meetings to share information about anti-shrinkage achievements - Operation manual and the use of electronic equipment for loss prevention and security management - Data extraction and analysis - Loss detection and causes analysis, Loss indicators

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Degree in Risk Management, Law & Finance related field or equivalent experience - Having experience in related field or equivalent experience for 2-5 years or more. - Excellent presentation, energetic, and dynamic person - Having excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Know to take initiative and to anticipate - Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, be able to work under pressure and hard working - Well-developed ability to identify and interpret data and resolve exceptions Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance - Analytical skills and ability to make deductions; logical and sequential thinker - Computer literate; Microsoft office, database and Internet proficient - Risk prevention concepts and methodology - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to write report in English K.
