Sourcing Manager.Buyer Manager (OTOP SME)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Implement buying and merchandising plans, policies, and directions to monitor the operations of buyers in identifying and negotiating products with suppliers to ensure effective price and achieve business objectives and profitability • Monitor and manage research and assessment of supplier’s products to ensure compliance with specifications and organization’s quality standards • Monitor and follow up supplier bids, tenders, and proposals to support and en-sure effective negotiation for prices and delivery conditions • Evaluate sales, promotional campaigns, and other opportunities to secure re-duced prices • Monitor and participate in purchasing with terms of organizational best interest to support buying and merchandising, and business operations effectively • Monitor and manage analysis of inventory requests, production schedules, pur-chase requisitions, orders, and relevant documents to ensure purchasing activi-ties with demand for goods • Track quality and timeline of goods supplied and status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure proper delivery • Communicate and coordinate with internal customers, vendors, inventory, and relevant functions to ensure effective purchasing

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in related field • Minimum 3-5 years of buying, merchandising, or related field and 1-3 years of team management • Have computer skills, especially MS Office and industry-standard purchase order software platforms • Have analytical and strong negotiating skills • Be detail-oriented • Good English
