• • Solution consultant throughout the sales cycle, from Pre-Sales engagement, through solutioning, proposal writing and costing and finally to contract schedule preparation and negotiation. • Providing infrastructure assessments and recommendations for Datacenter solution, Data Center Migration, Solutions Engineering & mission critical applications • Knowledge and hands on experience in Sizing, Pricing and delivery models in areas of End user computing, data center and cloud based solutions • Confer with potential customers and identify best solution addressing services needs • Experience in service delivery and Service Transition • Generate opportunities for Infrastructure Management Services Sales in the Region • Understand customer pain points and determine the needs • Articulate solutions to customers addressing customer pain points • Negotiate sales opportunities to closure • Interact with account management team and tailor the solution, delivery models as required • Understand and translate buyer requirements into a standard solution • Interface between Sales, delivery and transition team to ensure and meet customer expectations during the pre and post project planning. • Generating & converting Infrastructure Management Services opportunities to closure • Working with 3rd parties and OEM partners contributing to the overall solution to ensure continuity of service scope, service obligations and service levels • Contributing to client presentations, meetings and workshops both pre-sales and as part of the bid process, articulating the solution and providing recommendations as to appropriate delivery and sourcing models to provide best value to the client business. • Ensuring innovation and new technology is brought into the solutions to make the future model of operation as effective as possible in delivering the business case • Led the implementation of Operational tools- ITSM, ITOM & ITAM • End-to-End Project monitoring and management • Documented, standardized and tracking Project Plan • Met customer deadlines and Service Level Agreements. • Effectively communicated project scope, schedule, and budget with both customers and contractors. • Organized and conducted weekly meetings with trade partners and other community leaders to plan for the upcoming week. • Main point of contact for all client interactions throughout the implementation phase of contract. • Organize project meetings (Ad-hoc, weekly, monthly) • Provide regular project progress update (issue, status and completed milestones.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female age over 32 – 45 years old • Bachelor degree • Good command of English • Should have more than 10 years’ experience in managing EMS(Enterprise Management solutions) like BMC, MicroFocus, Solarwinds • Should have Solution designing experience in BMC Solutions including Trusight,Discovery • Should have managed the implementation of Enterprise Management solutions like BMC, Dynatrace, Splunk, Solarwinds • Should have thorough understanding APM solutions like Dynatrace and Splunk • Should have good knowledge on preparing Management dashboards to present to internal Management and customer • Should be good at stakeholder Management • Should have good understanding of Windows, Linux, DB and Networking concepts • Should have Excellent communications skills • Should be adapt at stakeholder management and vendor Management
