Warehouse Shift Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Actively plan and deploy operation resources on a daily basis (labour team, equipment, consumables). Closely monitor operation in the assigned shift and promptly adjust the operation plan to align with the situation. • Responsible for hourly warehouse performance monitoring and timely resolve operational situation to ensure all warehousing tasks are completed on a timely manner • Monitor and control operational expenses i.e. staff over-time, warehouse consumable usage, etc. • Set up standard operating procedures for the operation team, enforce and ensure all staff comply with the SOP at all time. • Conduct regular performance review, ensure all operation KPIs are fully achieved and lead improvement initiative as seen necessary. • Responsible for team management, human resource development and operation knowledge training • Ensure warehouse housekeeping and workplace safety • Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with SOP • Implement new initiatives to improve operation efficiency • Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities • Checking order, bills, item received and deliveries for accuracy • Work in day shift (6:00 am - 3:00 pm) or night-shift between 11:00 pm – 8:00 am

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male, Female age over 25 – 35 years old • Thai nationality only • Bachelor degree in a related field • At least 3 years of proven experience in warehouse management • Familiar with Warehouse management systems • Experiences in E-commerce business will be advantage • Process-driven and strong operational implementation skill/ project management skill • Demonstrated result-oriented with ability to work under pressure, fast-pace with high sense of ownership • Excellent problem solving skill
