Network Engineer - PTT ENCO (MA Onsite)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Supporting Network operation to coordinate and managing the incident, request and change - Checking and troubleshooting network devices such as Router, Switch, Access Point etc. to be able to use normally according to SLA conditions - Inspecting and troubleshooting cable equipment for regular operation under SLA conditions - Checking and troubleshooting WAN system problems by coordinating with vendors outsource such as CAT, TOT, UIH, etc. - Checking and solving problems with network intrusion prevention devices such as Internet Firewall, Data Center Firewall, User Firewall, etc. - Improving and solving Firewall Configuration to accommodate their needs - Checking and troubleshooting the identification system (Radius Server) - Checking and troubleshooting remote access system (VPN) problems - Updating Network Diagram and Network Monitoring - Standby for customers to provide troubleshooting services after work - If there is an emergency, you must be able to operate on site

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Providing network IT support at least 3 years - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. - At least having a Network certification; CCNA which is not expire yet - Good command in English - Can work at the Enco Tower ** One time online interview via Cisco Webex with the team in Thai (including explaining the test) ** There is a test about that vacancy to do (50 items, 20 mins limit) in English
