หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ● Perform human resources tasks, including execution of employee development and employee engagement ● Responsible for assisting the team in designing, developing and implementing training programs that motivate and engage employees. ● Analyze and create countermeasure to improve staff engagement ● Responsible for preparing training programs and surveying employee training needs, as well as preparing the didactic material and/or arranging the needed resources. ● Summarize training evaluation report, submit to HR Unit Manager for consideration and improvement. ● Support task of company mentoring program and orientation’s newcomer
