Process Engineering Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Process Management • Lead the Frontend, Backend Process, and NPI for PCBAs products. • Monitor all process flow to ensure that the process is in control. • Design process flow and process capacity calculation.
• - Process Optimization Process Management • Continuously analyze and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and improve product quality. • Implement the use of SPC for the control process • Analyze the yield of processes to ensure process capabilities • Optimize setup and program to improve Process Effectiveness
• - Quality Management • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure PCBAs meet quality standards and customer requirements. • Conduct inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• - Equipment Management • To manage and ensure the program setup, operation, and maintenance of machines are accurate and efficient. • Design and development of new tooling for new and/or existing processes.
• - Document and Report Management • Maintain accurate records of all process activities, including equipment performance, defects, and improvements.
• - Manage DFM/DFA and PCB penalization. • Evaluate PCBA designs for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) consideration. • Ensure penalization designs meet manufacturing and assembly requirements.
• - Manage stencil design and orders. • Create and maintain stencil designs for SMT and THT processes. • Coordinate with suppliers for stencil orders and track delivery status.
• - Provide technical expertise. • Offer technical guidance and support in PCB Laser Mark, SMT, THT, Conformal coating, Resin potting, and mechanical assembly processes, including machine program review. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in PCBA manufacturing and assembly, including leading troubleshooting efforts. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in PCBA manufacturing.
• - Support the RFQ Department for accurate quotes. • Perform process simulation for SMT, THT Selective, Conformal Coating, Potting processes.. etc. • Collaborate with the RFQ team to provide technical input and cost estimation for quotes.
• - Training and Team Support Management. • Design training methods, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects and safety protocols.

• Process Engineering Manager
• 5+ years of management experience
• Driven, self-motivated, hands-on, and excellent team player
• Able to identify weak spots in processes and improve efficiency
• Strong management and organizational skills
• Drive team to achieve company targets and KPIs
• Able to work in an international team
• Fluency in communicating in Thai is essential
• Excellent English communication skills
